How can I contact you?

Can I order outside of BC or Canada?

No, sorry :[ BC Cannabis regulations state we can only ship inside of BC.

Can I cancel, edit, or add to my order?

If the order has already been sent, we wouldn't be able to cancel/refund. In some circumstances, we may be able to help. Please contact us to learn more.

There's something wrong with my order. What do I do?

Reach out to us immediately by email or phone and we'll do our best to help!

Can I order online and get Happy Hour pricing?

If you choose to pay in-store and come in during Happy Hour, you will receive 15% off. Happy Hour cannot be reserved outside of this time period.

Payments

What types of payments do you accept?

We currently accept online e-transfer. In the future, we will take all major credit cards.

Is tax included in the price?

Taxes are added at checkout. Please keep in mind that there is an additional 20% tax for Vapes in accordance with BC Regulations.

What are the shipping fees?

We use Canada Post to ship out all orders. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is often between $15-$20.

How do I send an e-transfer?

Once the order is placed and we have approved the order, we will reach out with an e-transfer request.

What happens once payment has been sent?

We'll ship out your cannabis products ASAP :]

Can I pay online for an in-store pickup order?

Not yet. Please do pay in-store and not via e-transfer method.

Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Typically received within 1-2 business days 馃摝 For more remote areas, it can take up to 5 business days.

I haven't received my package 馃槱

If it's beyond the expected shipping time, please contact us via email or phone and we'll double check.

Why is my package being sent to another city? 馃

Contact us and we'll look into it right away!

My Tracking Number hasn't been updated in 3+ days.

It's possible that the package wasn't scanned during transit. We'd recommend waiting at least 5 business days. Otherwise, contact us.

What if my order is lost?
